1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and have authority to install and configure apps for the applicable Shopify store. You are responsible for activity performed through your Shopify account and for the accuracy of information you provide.

2. The services

Firefly Sky SEO provides tools for SEO analysis, metadata editing, image optimization, structured data, redirects, Noindex rules, storefront access controls, performance optimization, Search Console reporting, and related store-management tasks.

Firefly Sky SEO AI Blog provides AI-assisted planning and drafting, visual blog editing, brand and website knowledge, SEO guidance, image generation, localization, scheduling, revision history, analytics, and content-governance workflows. It creates drafts and recommendations for merchant review and does not publish an AI-generated article without a merchant action.

Some features depend on Shopify APIs, merchant-controlled theme app embeds or blocks, or optional third-party services. Material changes to features or plan entitlements will be disclosed through the relevant App, Help Center, Shopify confirmation page, or App Store listing.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Review suggested, imported, or AI-generated text, images, metadata, translations, claims, links, schedules, and storefront changes before publishing or relying on them.
• Maintain valid rights to content, products, images, credentials, domains, and data supplied to an App.
• Confirm that published content and configured storefront behavior comply with applicable law, advertising rules, Shopify policies, and third-party rights.
• Keep connected-service credentials secure and revoke credentials that may be compromised.
• Do not use an App for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, or security-disrupting activity.

4. Plans, trials, billing, and AI usage

Current prices, billing cycles, included usage, and plan features are shown in the relevant App, its Shopify App Store listing, and Shopify’s confirmation page before approval. Subscriptions and one-time charges are processed through Shopify Billing only after the merchant approves Shopify’s confirmation page.

Firefly Sky SEO AI Blog plans

• Free: $0 USD with 100,000 lifetime Tokens and no recurring allowance.
• Starter: $7.99 USD every 30 days or $79 USD once per year, with 500,000 Tokens each monthly allowance cycle.
• Growth: $14.99 USD every 30 days or $149 USD once per year, with 1,000,000 Tokens each monthly allowance cycle.
• Pro: $29.99 USD every 30 days or $299 USD once per year, with 3,000,000 Tokens each monthly allowance cycle.

Annual subscriptions are charged once for the annual term while included Tokens replenish at monthly allowance anniversaries. An eligible merchant receives one 14-day trial on the first paid subscription. Changing a paid plan or billing interval does not start another trial.

Optional one-time permanent Token packs are available on every AI Blog plan: 500,000 Tokens for $6.90 USD, 1,500,000 Tokens for $14.90 USD, or 5,000,000 Tokens for $29.90 USD. Purchased Tokens do not expire and do not unlock plan-only features.

Managed text and images share one Token balance. A successful image with a valid provider usage report deducts the reported amount; a successful image without a valid report deducts 10,000 Tokens; failed or undelivered operations deduct zero after refund or recovery. Pro merchants can optionally connect a supported third-party AI provider. Those calls do not deduct Firefly Tokens, but provider fees are billed directly by that provider and are not included in the Firefly subscription.

Plan changes and retained content

Cancellation or downgrade changes future feature access and billing. It does not intentionally delete existing Shopify articles or retained App content such as drafts, images, versions, translations, schedules, and usage records. Paid-only creation and editing can become restricted after a downgrade. Uninstalling does not automatically create a refund.

5. Third-party services and AI outputs

The Apps may interact with Shopify, Google, AI providers, hosting, monitoring, website-crawling, IP-country lookup, and other infrastructure services. Those providers are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, quotas, and availability. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Merchants must independently review outputs and are responsible for their decision to publish or rely on them.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade plan or usage limits, share or resell access without permission, automate abusive request volumes, distribute malicious content, misuse personal data, or use the services for unlawful or deceptive activity.

7. Intellectual property and content

Firefly and its licensors retain rights in the Apps, branding, documentation, templates, and service materials. Merchants retain rights in content they lawfully provide and are responsible for obtaining rights needed for generated or published materials. Feedback may be used to improve the services without an obligation to compensate the sender.

8. Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to address security, platform, legal, operational, abuse, or product requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Apps and documentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SEO rankings, indexing, traffic, performance scores, revenue, and other business outcomes depend on factors outside the Apps and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable App during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

10. Suspension and termination

The merchant may stop using an App by uninstalling it or cancelling a paid plan through Shopify. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, or requirements imposed by Shopify or law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Apps or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date remain available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
