What Live Visitor Probe does

Live Visitor Probe records visits detected on your storefront and shows useful context such as the visited URL, referrer, device, browser, country signals, visit duration, and exit or outbound-click information when available.

Closing or refreshing the app does not stop storefront detection. The admin list refreshes automatically for up to 30 minutes per page session. Refresh the page to start another 30-minute live view.

Plans, monthly allowance, and retention

Retention uses both limits. A record is removed when it is older than the plan’s retention period or falls outside the plan’s maximum saved-record count.

Using the visitor list

  • Search and sort the current records.
  • Choose how many rows to display.
  • Export all records currently visible under your plan as CSV.
  • Review the saved-record count, usage allowance, and reset date.
  • Clear history when you no longer need it.

Plan changes

When a store downgrades, older data is not immediately erased. The app limits what is shown to the new plan and keeps a short export window before records outside the new retention rules are cleaned up.
