Structured data helps Google and other search engines understand your business, products, articles, breadcrumbs, and eligible review information.

Availability

• Organization is available on the Free plan.
• Local Business, Product, Breadcrumb, and Article enhancements require Pro or Enterprise.
• Review snippets are added only when Firefly can find real, parseable rating data.

How Product structured data is handled

Most Shopify themes already output basic Product structured data. Firefly treats this as basic coverage instead of incorrectly reporting that every product page is missing Schema.

When a paid structured-data enhancement is enabled, Firefly can supplement useful product information such as ratings, shipping, and return-policy details where supported. It avoids outputting an AggregateRating when the page already provides one.

Review source detection

Automatic selection is recommended. Firefly first checks Shopify’s standard review metafields, then supported review-app and compatible rating fields. If one source is found it is selected automatically; if several are found you can choose the correct source.

FAQ structured data

FAQPage markup must match questions and answers that visitors can actually see on the target page. If your theme already displays the FAQs, you may copy the same real content into Firefly and keep the Firefly storefront FAQ module disabled.

Verify the result

1. Save the structured-data settings.
2. Open the live storefront page, not only a theme-editor preview.
3. Test the URL with Google’s Rich Results Test.
4. Resolve conflicting prices, availability, or rating values at their source before relying on the result.
