SEO Health Center and Page Analysis
SEO Health Center gives you a store-wide overview, while Page SEO Analysis helps you scan individual products, collections, pages, and blog articles and prioritize the work.
Use the Health Center
The dashboard combines the Quick start checklist, Overall SEO score, Issue diagnosis, and detailed Content, Accessibility, and Performance scores.
- Complete the six Quick start items: activate the app, optimize images, test performance, run an SEO audit, configure structured data, and review 404s and redirects.
- Check the Overall SEO score and the Critical, Needs improvement, and Good counts.
- Start with Issue diagnosis items that affect many pages, such as missing Alt text or missing meta descriptions.
- Use the Fix action to open the relevant tool.
Run Page SEO Analysis
- Open Page SEO Analysis.
- On first use, select Scan all. For later updates, scan only Products, Collections, Standalone Pages, or Blog Articles when appropriate.
- Use filters to isolate content types, duplicate titles, duplicate descriptions, or ignored pages.
- Search by page title or sort the lowest scores to the top.
- Select Optimize to work on a page.
Read the results
Each row shows the page type, SEO score, word count, image Alt status, and available action. A low score signals opportunities—it is not a guarantee of poor rankings. Evaluate the page against its purpose and search intent.
When to use Ignore
Ignore pages that are intentionally outside your optimization workflow, such as temporary content or pages that should not be indexed. Use the Ignored filter to review them later. Do not use Ignore to hide a real SEO problem.
When to scan again
- After importing products or collections.
- After bulk metadata changes.
- After publishing new blog content.
- After changing image Alt text or structured data.
- Before and after a major SEO improvement project.
